The Institute for Medicaid Innovation’s Dissemination & Implementation Committee, consisting of national clinical leaders from Medicaid health plans, has identified clinical priorities for the Institute to develop resources that will support the collaborative efforts of clinicians, communities, and health plans in providing care to Medicaid beneficiaries.
The clinical priorities include:
- Children with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, obesity) and complex health care needs;
- Women’s health across the lifespan including reproductive health, preconception, prenatal, and postpartum care; and
- Behavioral Health
In response, the Institute for Medicaid Innovation has developed the following resources for dissemination and implementation:
