Health Research Associate
The Institute for Medicaid Innovation is currently seeking to fill the position of a Health Research Associate (HRA) to serve as a resource on projects and initiatives related to Medicaid specific to consumer and stakeholder engagement, health disparities and social inequalities, quality reporting and measurement, healthcare reform, dissemination and implementation, and evidence-based practices. The HRA projects will be aligned with the Institute’s focus on Medicaid health services research and priority topics of women’s, children’s, and behavioral health. The Institute for Medicaid Innovation encourages and supports HRA employees to maintain academic (dry) appointments and clinical practice.

Policy & Research Fellow
The Institute for Medicaid Innovation offers fellowship opportunities to masters and doctoral level students and junior clinical and research faculty. Fellows lead and provide support on research and quality improvement projects related to Medicaid managed care, health disparities, and vulnerable populations. Additionally, opportunities exist to work specifically on questionnaire development, testing, database development/cleaning, and analysis. An emphasis is placed on ensuring that all fellows are able to focus on their areas of interest while intersecting clinical practice, research, and policy.
